Made a young lawyer an offer today. I hope he takes it. About a month ago I had to fire someone and that sucked. This is better.

Having fired people who deserved it and some who deserved better, some firings are better than others.

Hirings are always good. They’re like the third date of the working world. It’s time to start building on the good stuff from dates one and two.
